"The pain in my right side, right ankle, heal, and knees are soooo much better. Still having a bit of trouble with my stomach, but overall I'm doing great. I forgot to tell you something - I had been suffering from edema. My feet and ankles would swell so badly that I could hardly walk, and I was taking a lot of diuretics to keep the fluid moving and it still didn't help. Now my ankles and feet are almost normal and I have been able to stop taking one pill all together and another that I was taking twice a day. I now only take once a day. I met a friend for lunch today. I work in the State House which has these magnificent steps. My friend asked me, "What has happened to you? You came bounding down those steps!
